Christine has had incredible results working with dozens of amateur, elite, and professional athletes to improve their racing, training and general health through nutrition.  As a successful athlete herself, she understands the delicate art of balancing nutrition, personal-care, and family with your training plan.

  • Unlimited email support between sessions
  • A personalized nutrition plan based on the needs of your body
  • An in-depth understanding of your training and racing nutrition needs
  • Tips to prepare simple and healthy meals, control cravings, balance your macro-nutrients to fit your metabolic type, and more!

Pricing: Programs are only $195 per month for 12 sessions total.

Group Nutrition Programs

Includes:

  • Two 90-minute teleconference sessions per month, held bi-weekly
  • Handouts, recipes and notes to accompany every session
  • Unlimited email support between sessions
  • An inspiring experience with other people looking to achieve similar goals
  • Motivation and camaraderie with your existing team or group
  • An in depth understanding of your training and racing nutrition needs
  • Tips to prepare simple and healthy meals, control cravings, balance your macro-nutrients to fit your metabolic type, and more!


Pricing: Groups start at $75 per month, per person, and usually last 3-6 months

* Want to do this for FREE?  Organizers get free admission to their program.  To organize a program for your team or with any group, all you need is a minimum of 4 people.  Contact Christine to discuss options.  This is an even more affordable way to make healthy changes in your life!  It can also increase the “team” feel of your group.  There is also the possibility of having in-person meetings.

Individual Consultation

This one-hour conversation could literally change your life.  Christine will go over your health history with you.  You’ll also discuss your training, racing, health and nutrition goals and concerns.  She will then help you make a plan to begin working toward reaching your potential.  This is an incredibly valuable appointment to make.

Pricing: $50 for a one-hour consultation

Nutrition and Wellness Classes or Training Camps

  1. Hi! I’m a triathlete/runner looking to drop some weight and get faster!
    Currently I’m 180lbs at 5’10″…looking to drop 20lbs…I’ve been thinking of going vegetarian or vegan…have experimented with paleo..need something I can stick with for life!
